Return Policy

At PROTOKRAFT, we take pride in the quality of our carbon fiber products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return options:

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).

Return Window

  • Within 14 days of delivery: Eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.

  • 15 to 60 days after delivery: Returns accepted for store credit only.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or made-to-order products.

  • Items that have been installed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll issue a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

  • Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card.
