Processing Time

  • Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days of confirmation.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may take longer; estimated lead times will be communicated at checkout or via email.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We offer domestic and international shipping via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

  • Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight or size.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • U.S. Domestic Orders: 3–10 business days after shipment

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days after shipment (customs may add delays)

Shipping Costs

  • Calculated in real-time at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for qualifying orders (details will be clearly stated when applicable).

Tracking & Confirmation

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order leaves our facility.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 3 business days at support@protokraft.us.

  • We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, issue a replacement or refund.

International Customers

  • Please note that duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
